And it only comes when you prove yourself as a leader by performing. The problem here is that no recent Pakistani captain got a chance to earn that respect because they either don't perform or they are removed too quickly. Younis at least got that opportunity. As for his demands, he's just trying to hold his own against that stupid board of his I guess. Match-fixing allegations are a pretty personal attack on someone's integrity and character. We got abundance of talent but no leadership quality and we are in a mess. Education and grass root system to be blamed or society or culture or whatever.
